Powered by a 42 kW servo drive system, the production line maintains smooth operation while processing steel with tensile strength up to 550 MPa, ensuring every finished purlin features precise dimensions, straight profiles, and smooth surfaces.

The production line adopts a high-performance servo feeding system that accurately positions material before every punching cycle. Combined with an independent hydraulic punching unit, the machine provides excellent hole accuracy and repeatability.
Punching dies can be customized according to customer drawings, while the hydraulic pre-cutting system delivers smooth cutting surfaces with minimal deformation, reducing secondary processing during installation.
Stable Hydraulic System for Long-Term Continuous Production
Continuous industrial production requires a reliable hydraulic system.
The machine is equipped with a 15 kW hydraulic power unit, 300-liter oil tank, and air cooling system, ensuring stable hydraulic pressure and efficient heat dissipation during long production shifts.
The production line also includes a 6-ton double-head hydraulic decoiler, allowing quick coil replacement while maintaining continuous production and reducing downtime.
