The Pipe Joint Grouting Bolt Machine is a cold roll forming line engineered to transform low-carbon steel strips into grouting bolt joints — hollow steel anchor components used for injecting grout into rock or soil structures. The bolts not only stabilize surrounding material but also form an integral part of modern geotechnical and mining engineering systems.

This advanced roll forming solution covers the complete workflow: uncoiling, shearing, automatic welding, material accumulation, punching, precision forming, servo flying cutting, and output stacking — all in one smooth, efficient process. Controlled by a centralized PLC system, the entire production can be managed by a single operator, reducing labor cost and human error.

1. High-Speed, High-Precision Forming

With a maximum line speed of 45 meters per minute, this machine is capable of mass-producing bolt pipes while maintaining strict dimensional tolerances. It’s suitable for forming pipes with diameters from Φ33mm to Φ47mm, widths between 60mm and 120mm, and thicknesses ranging from 2.0mm to 3.5mm.

 2. Automatic TIG Welding

The integrated TIG butt welding system ensures smooth, strong joints between steel coils with minimal deformation. This system includes edge preparation, foot-pedal control, and programmable arc adjustments, delivering perfect welds without the need for grinding or polishing.

 3. Precision Punching Without Halting

Hydraulically driven punching equipment allows for non-stop hole punching during production. This is ideal for creating grout outlets, identification slots, or any custom hole design as specified by your project.

 4. Robust Forming Section

The core of the machine features 14 horizontal and 3 vertical roll stations, built from hardened 42CrMo shafts and cast steel housings. The forming rollers are made from Cr12 steel with a surface hardness of HRC58–62, ensuring long-term wear resistance.

 5. Servo Flying Cutting System

Using a servo motor and hydraulic cutting die, the machine provides on-the-fly cutting at speeds synchronized with material output. It ensures burr-free, precise cutting of each grouting bolt pipe to the desired length (500–3000mm) with accuracy up to ±1mm.

6. Smart Control System

A fully digital PLC + HMI interface lets users monitor production data, adjust sizes, set punching intervals, and track machine performance in real time. Manual and automatic modes are available for debugging and continuous production, respectively.
