This versatile machine is specially designed for the production of light-duty shelving systems, capable of working with materials up to 1.8mm thick. Despite its lightweight build, it produces profiles that mirror the shape and size of traditional heavy-duty structural channels.
With this single machine, users can effortlessly produce two distinct profiles: 41×41mm and 41×21mm. The post-forming punching feature ensures that the punching process occurs after the forming stage, resulting in high precision with an accuracy of 0.01mm, ensuring straight, clean, and burr-free profiles every time.

Flexible Decoiler Options: Users can choose between a manual or hydraulic decoiler. The standard option is a 3-ton manual decoiler, equipped with a protective arm and four segments, which guarantees smooth coil expansion without causing deformation or slippage.
Sturdy Frame Construction: The frame of the machine is made of robust 35–45mm thick steel, assembled with bolts and nuts for superior stability. This design ensures that the machine is capable of 24/7 operation, even under high-speed conditions.
Precision Roll Forming: The machine includes 16 roller stations constructed from durable D2 steel. It is powered by two 5.5kW motors, providing excellent forming speed and precision. Additionally, movable GCr12 guide rollers protect coil surfaces during the process.
Enhanced Straightness and Accuracy: Featuring rubber support rollers and a double Turkey-head leveling system, this machine guarantees perfectly straight channels at all times.
Efficient Punching System: Unlike traditional CNC punching, which is bulky and expensive, our post-forming punching method ensures holes are punched with accuracy and cleanliness, without any deformation. The machine can punch 10 holes (500mm) per stroke and operates at a speed of up to 20 meters/min, significantly faster than conventional CNC methods.
Non-Stop Operation: The machine is equipped with a servo-powered punching system and an energy storage tank, which allows for continuous operation with minimal downtime. An automatic oiling system ensures key components are adequately lubricated during high-speed processing.
Hydraulic Shearing System: The hydraulic shearing system offers burr-free cuts, with tooling designed to last for over five years—much longer than standard disc shears.
Compact and Efficient Discharge Rack: The discharge rack is space-saving and designed for efficient operation, allowing a single operator to run the entire production line. The system is energy-efficient, consuming low power while maintaining high-speed output.
